I've ordered a bunch of movies off my list,  so if you'd like to see any of them, let me know.  I added one that just came out, Almost Myself and another one called Southern Comfort.

I'm starting to count the days until my various milestones & activities.  24 more day until my hearing for my legal name change, in September I'll get to go to the Southern Comfort Conference , and of course it October, is FFS in San Francisco.   I'm going to get my ears pierced sometime soon, and before Atlanta, I'll have my eyebrows done and get my hair styled.   I'm excited about all of it!

I don't get worried or nervous about things - at least not until they come up.  So I'll spend all this time eagerly awaiting things, and have my short fit of nerves when the time comes and then dive right in.

I'm starting to see more of my trans friends (and those who just support) on social occassions, and this weekend I'm going to meet a new group called Pink Essence which I understand to be a social group for trans people with the aim of being able to go out in public as ourselves, and not just to 'transgender friendly' locations.  But this first outing I'll be at is a party at someone's house, but I certainly won't be against going out to a restaurant or bar in the future with them.  So it will be exciting to meet more new people!
