Oh, and by the way, I wasn't just being a silly worry wort when I mentioned I was concerned about an earthquake occuring during my surgery.  A 5.6 magnitude quake DID strike San Francisco about 5 or 6 days after surgery, and lasted for about 10 seconds.  No damage that I could see anywhere, but hey, there was an earthquake after all!
