Yes I did, and all my life.  But if you mean in public, I'd never tried it until I was 24 or so.  I did put on makeup & dresses and go shopping at the mall.  Of course, whether or not I could dress, depended alot on my life situation.  So it's not like I've been out in public alot, and for some periods, could not do it at home either.
