This is a very astute question, as it's sort of a key part of all this transition.  The anser is of course, yes, yes & no, and not really. :)
I do notice a slight difference in the way people approach me, although I've not yet experienced anything negative from that.  People smile or otherwise behave more friendly.  Of course, that could be since I might be smiling more and being more friendly too.  It's hard to describe how it's different being treated as female vs male.  I will try to revise my answer when I have more experiences to draw from.  For now I just concentrate on blending in.

As for you treating me different,  you don't need to.  Anyone who already has a relationship with me, can still feel free to treat me how you always have.  That shouldn't change.   Keep in mind that relationships evolve as well over time, so however things might end up being different, it will occur as a more natural progression of our interactions together..  You don't need to worry about being different with me.
