It's an 'M',  /sigh

I did put down and 'F' on the change form, but the lady said she couldn't do that unless I had a note from my doctor.  Well, I did show her the one from my endocrinologist, but she was aware it needed to be for the actual corrective surgery.  She was at least, apologetic in tone.
