Q: What do you want to be called these days, if you had your druthers? Does your original name bug you at this point? I'm not talking about being in public, just if I'm talking to you casually.

I understand why my guy name is used, and in some situations, namely work, it's appropriate to use that. I am forgiving about people using my old name, but I guess in a small way it does 'bug' me. I do feel an emotional <sigh> when the male name & pronouns are used, but similarly get a <smile> when called Leann and female pronouns are used. I certainly won't correct anyone about it for now. Heck, I screw up when referring to myself sometimes!
