Not sure which surgery  you want to know about, but lets cover all of it.  First item to come up is FFS (Facial Feminization Surgery).  Of course this is only facial, and not adding anything to my body.  The Genital Corrective Surgery (GCS) will be restructuring my genitals.  The only thing I'd be adding is breast augmentation.  I'm going to wait out a couple years to see what hormones give me before I do  that. 

So, here's what's recommended for my FFS.  GCS is sort of an inversion process to take what I have, and use that to invert back into a vagina.  That will likely wait until 2009.  The FFS recomendations were based on pictures I sent in.
